I was responsible for redesigning the Tesco.com homepage. The brief was to make the site clean simple and easy to navigate. The previous homepage was cluttered and had too many links. The design needed to include a large banner in the style of Tesco billboards and TV adverts. This would be the main message that Tesco would be promoting. It would change on a weekly basis to focus on the current campaign that Tesco would be pushing. The design had to enable the visitors to be able to see the services available via the large banner links to Tesco Direct, Groceries & Wine etc at the top of the page.
